| Speaker: Walter W. Stein "Hunting Dinosaurs in the Badlands" |
| Walter fell in love with paleontology at the age of six and hasn't looked back. Since 1996, he has had the pleasure of discovering, excavating or preparing over 25 scientifically significant dinosaur skeletons, numerous marine reptiles and many other interesting finds. Walter has a BS degree in geology from Appalachian state university. He is the former curator of the rocky mountain dinosaur resource center, the chairman of the AAPS journal of paleontological sciences and now owns his own private paleontological company called Paleo Adventures. He is also the author of the book, "The Top 256 Rules of Paleontology". |
